Recession Art presents ToBe.us – An Interactive, Online, Creative Tool

Recession Art welcomes the staff of To Be into our gallery for a presentation of their brand new web-development, Tobe.us. In this exclusive preview, developers from To Be will demonstrate the website’s capabilities and features, while also displaying examples of digital artwork created by some of the site’s first few users.

Attendants at this event will have the opportunity to play on the website with the help of the web developers. With digital tools such as ‘paint,’ photo stenciling and being abile to easily combine media such as GIFs, video and audio, we promise that To Be will be endlessly useful and fun for artists working in any medium.

To Be promotes collaborations with it’s sharing options, and provides a means of making personalized collections of media for various purposes. To Be describes itself as a provider of ”…a space and set of tools to compose with all the senses of the internet, in a setting as private or open as you want. Where creators and dreamers can make things together for themselves, for others, for everyone.”

To Be is a technology company located in Manhattan, New York. They recently presented their website at Vacant Gallery, in Tokyo Japan. Make sure to check out their Featured Artwork section on their website.
