The tour will meet on Saturday, March 26, at 37 Greenpoint Avenue in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, at 1 pm, accessible from the Greenpoint Avenue stop on the G Train.

On Land, Julie Floersch and Maj Anya DeBear

After visiting the studio of artist Ashley May, who experiments with painting, drawing, and collage, we will continue to the studio of artist Julie Floersch, who specializes in innovative denim fiber art. The tour will conclude with a reception at Concrete Utopia for a sneak preview to their upcoming exhibition Spork Used as Knife (and other disconcerting events). The exhibition includes work from five international performance artists, and investigates the relationship between performance, humor, and the mundane.
